We have a CIO/CTO survey coming fresh of the field. We talk to many of them also in qual, the issue is they deployed without proper ROI tracking in place. Almost universal they qualitatively know the ROI is there and are now working to implement ways to measure. In our survey ~56% had ZERO ROI tracking measures in place. Of those tracking properly 67% see a return in some fashion.
